MICHELANGELO de LALLA
The founder has been working in Real Estate for over 25 years, following projects for residential use, offices, hotels and logistics, with significant experience in both new buildings and renovations.
His background as designer and technician is significantly supported by direct experience on construction sites, as Operation Manager, Works Manager (Direzione Lavori) and finally as Technical Manager for prestigious investors.
Having held high-profile managerial roles in national and international Investment Companies, Michelangelo has an in-depth knowledge of the dynamics and processes that are necessary for an efficient control of a building process, from the early stages of selection of consultants and general contractors, to the coordination of construction site activities up to the completion of the works and delivery to the final user.
In his career he has completed dozens of complex projects, being able to explore all the aspects related to the process of Real Estate developments.
From technical designer for engineering companies to project manager for general contractors and finally as direct representative of Real Estate funds, Mr de Lalla is a guarantee of safety and professionalism for those who want to see their investment protected.
