Complete renovation of a four-floor historic building in the center of Cremona.
Once the structural works have been completed, 12 apartments have been realized with two floors of garages, accessible by a car-lift, and terraces for the apartments on the top floor.
MdL carried out Project & Construction Management and sales support services.

2020-2021
Project for a complete refurbishment of a seafront building in Quarto dei Mille (Genova), built in the early 1900s and used as a convent. The intervention involved an accurate structural consolidation and a complete change of the internal layout by inserting two staircases with elevators in a central position to replace the existing stairs located in the corners of the building.
A total of 27 apartments were built according to the most modern design standards, while maintaining the aesthetics in line with the historical character of the building.
