Works to Fit Out complete resort buildings, Restaurants, Bar, SPA, Reception, Park and 105 rooms
Starting from the existing already beautiful Resort, design activities are on going to realize the project to modify and upgrade the entire hotel complex, which will affect all the existing buildings of the Hotel with also the existing PEP system upgrading according to the most modern standards and the creation of a new swimming pool.
MdL Engineering, as project manager, is managing the team of consultants and suppliers for the implementation of the interventions, which will be carried out in several phases during the closing period of the Hotel.

Fit Out works complete 7-story building consisting of 64 rooms and common areas.
Starting from the client’s concept, a specific local team was created to develop the civil and plant design oriented to an aesthetic and technological renovation of the rooms and common spaces in line with the formats of the Dutch parent company.
MdL assembled and managed the team of consultants and suppliers throughout the project until the final handover and reopening of the Hotel.

Complete renovation of a historical building in the center of Florence.
