After the summer break, which is imposed on all construction sites in the area, works start again to complete the structural works of the new building and the existing building.

MdL Engineering is on site on a weekly basis to monitor and coordinate the works together with the Project and Construction Management team.

Next target is the realization of the Mock Up Room for the definition of the last F&E details.

First apartments delivered.

The fantastic ancient building have given back to the city of Cremona.

New owners have received their new property realized and personalised as per their request.

A new adventure begins

Starting in January 2023, MdL Engineering will follow the renovation and adaptation works of the ex Ascot Hotel in Milan, which will change its look according to the standards of the new operator.

After the initial Due Diligence, which allowed the state of the building to be analyzed, the first outline design phases are underway to return another splendid accommodation facility to the city of Milan.

Giardini del Corso, Cremona

Renovation works continue on the redisential building in the center of Cremona.

After structural upgrading works for the creation of a new slab for the access of cars on the first floor, the construction of the new internal facade on the courtyard side and the positioning of the beams that will characterize the internal faces.

Most of the windows on the ground floor were installed, compatibly with access to the site for materials and personnel.

The new roof is finally being laid, which sees the creation of new terraces, while maintaining the original aesthetics and style.

Inaugurazione uffici IRI, Milano

The project, entrusted to the studio of Alessia Garibaldi, was carried out by Korus International in full compliance with the timing and budget.

The staff will have at their disposal an office designed according to the most modern standards, with spaces based on maximum flexibility with a design and materials that wink at the Hotelerie.

The workspace was reorganized by enhancing and optimizing the different environments, creating new spaces for use such as social areas, meeting rooms and functional workstations for employee job rotation.
